- We aim to ship within one working day of all orders being placed. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we shall contact you either by phone or e-mail within one working day. All orders received by 1530 local UK time on a working day for special delivery next day, shall be dispatched that day*. In the event you need an urgent delivery after this time, please call us on 01993 708840.
- A full refund or exchange shall be given for returns excluding the postage charge if returned within seven days of purchase.
- Whilst we endeavour to depict all of our goods as accurately as possible, in rare occasions it is difficult to depict the exact colour. Even settings on different computers can show variations in colours.
- All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this website are owned, controlled or licensed to Marc-Philippe. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.
